Update: The beta has now concluded! Be sure to check out our recommended settings to change first, or our beginner introduction to the world of Monster Hunter Wilds!
Capcom has wrapped up New York Comic Con week with a showcase and Open Beta announcement for Monster Hunter Wilds!
Those dedicated hunters who woke up early on Thursday morning were treated to new monster reveals and the first footage of a new area, the Everforge. Clocking in at just over 10 minutes, you can watch the full showcase below.
Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta Times
As if the new monsters and area isn’t enough, Capcom finally graced us with a playable demo. The open Beta will run from November 1st 4pm – November 4th 3:59pm (converted to NZT).
As if that isn’t juicy enough, if you are a PlayStation Plus subscriber you will get an extra 3 days access to the Beta, starting instead on October 29th 4pm. For more information on beta times and specific time zones, check below.
Frustratingly these Beta times start the day AFTER Labour day in New Zealand, but we’re pretty stoked to be finally getting access to the demo. Previously the demo has been playable exclusively at larger events such as Gamescom or New York Comic Con.
