Nintendo have just dropped some massive Black Friday discounts on the Nintendo New Zealand E-Shop.
You can also search individual games and pricing history at Deku Deals (don’t forget to set region to NZ!)
The sale includes some massive Nintendo titles such as:

96 on Metacritic
Super Mario Odyssey – $59.95 (save 33%)
97 on Metacritic
Kirby and the Forgotten Land – $59.95 (save 33%)

Unsure where to begin? Here’s some recommendations from the GamesNight team:
Balatro – $19.79 (save 10%)
Balatro was just announced as a nominee for Game of the Year at The Game Awards. While the discount isn’t huge, it’s a perfect time to try it.
Dark Souls Remastered – $34.95 (save 50%)
This is a huge discount on a classic title (and the discount will help numb the sting of getting filtered by Ornstein and Smough.. it wasn’t just me right?).
Hogwarts Legacy – $31.48 (save 70%)
Expecto patr-WOW that’s a big saving!
Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove – $32.49 (save 50%)
Five awesome retro-style pixel games in one great value bundle.
While we’re talking about Black Friday and Switch deals, something to keep an eye out for closer to Black Friday:
EB Games Switch bundles:
Currently, EB Games are discounting the Switch OLED, Switch, and Switch Lite model bundles with Assassins Creed or Mario Rabbids as a bonus game. Not the best deal.. however, eagle-eyed shoppers will see the new Switch OLED bundles with Mario Wonder and Mario Kart released recently. Assuming these will be discounted for Black Friday, it will be the much better deal.
MightyApe $10 off voucher:
Don’t forget to use your MightApe $10 off vouchers they recently sent out. Their new website launch caused a lot of issues, but having a $10 off voucher to use on Black Friday is pretty sweet!
The Nintendo E-Shop Sale ends 1st December.
