Sony’s State Of Play for September 2024 has finished! We got a lot of exciting stuff including the latest game from Sucker Punch, Alan Wake 2 DLC, and a release date for Monster Hunter Wilds.

Astro Bot Update
Astro Bot will be getting a decent sized update including 5 new speedrun levels and 10 new bots to rescue (from franchises such as Stellar Blade and Helldivers 2). This update will be free and is aimed for release later this year.
The Midnight Walk
From the creators of Lost in Random, The Midnight Walk is a dark fantasy adventure with a pretty creepy look. Coming to PS5 with a full PS VR 2 option in 2025.
Hell Is Us
Hell Is Us revealed their first Gameplay trailer, a mix of Death Stranding and souls like combat? Sign me up! Coming to PS5 in 2025.
Metro Awakening
Metro Awakening got a new trailer, the PS VR 2 title will be arriving on PS5 on November 7th.
ArcheAge Chronicles
The next entry in the ArcheAge series was revealed, this online action RPG is set 50 years after the original game and is coming in 2025.
Palworld releases today!
Bad timing considering the current heat that Palworld is getting, it is releasing on PS5 today!
Dragon Age: The Veilguard
We got another good look at the next Dragon Age title featuring the Blighted Dragon and an overview of the many combat abilities. Dragon Age: The Veilguard is releasing October 31st.
Alan Wake 2 DLC
The next expansion for Alan Wake 2, The Lake House is arriving later this year in October. Possibly a Halloween release!
Hitman World of Assassination
PS VR 2 continues to get love in this showcase,with a new Hitman VR title releasing later this year in December.
Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1-2 Remastered
Seemingly leaking just before the showcase, Legacy Of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 are getting remaster treatments with a release date, December 10th.
Fear The Spotlight
Fear The Spotlight got a release date of October 22, this is one of the many games coming from Blumhouse Games.
Towers of Aghasba
This adventure island builder starts in early access on PS5 due sometime this November
Monster Hunter: Wilds
To the excitement of many, Monster Hunter: Wilds finally got a release date, slated for Feb 28th 2025!
LEGO Horizon Adventures
This unique collaboration between LEGO and the Horizon universe releases on PS5 & PC on November 14th!
Stellar Blade X Nier: Automata DLC
Stellar Blade is getting an awesome crossover DLC with Nier: Automata, along with a original soundtrack release. This DLC is planned for sometime later this year.
PS5 Chroma Collection
If you wanted more color options for your PS5, 3 new colors have been announced under the Chroma Collection. Pre orders open up next month!
Ghost of Yōtei
Sucker Punch’s next game is Ghost Of Yōtei, featuring a new protagonist and a new area of Japan to explore. Coming in 2025!
