Any truth to that?
What started as rumours a few months ago quickly rolled into multiple leaks from a likely developer site and has now formed into a shadow drop for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered!
Bethesda confirmed during a presentation that The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered is now available on Xbox Series X|S, PC, PS5, and Game Pass.
The fourth Elder Scrolls entry, originally released back in 2006, has been fully rebuilt in Unreal Engine 5 by Virtuos with assistance from the original developers, Bethesda. Under the hood however, the original Creation Engine will be handling everything else, so expect that Bethesda charm to remain untouched.

Along with the dramatic visual uplift, there are a number of quality-of-life changes and modern improvements, including an updated UI, more reactive combat including a dodge, and an adjustment to the levelling system.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered will also include both DLCs: Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine. However, there is a deluxe edition that includes additional armour sets & weapons, a digital artbook and a soundtrack app.
You can check out the full presentation for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered below! The title will be retailing for $89.95 NZD on digital storefronts, with the deluxe edition going for $109.95 NZD. There has been no official information about a physical release.
